Privacy Policy

Telegram identity data provided by Telegram when you start the bot: numeric user id, username, first name and language code. We verify this data cryptographically and never trust identity claims sent by a client.

Public blockchain addresses and transaction hashes that you submit for analysis, along with the analysis results we produce from them.

Product usage records required to operate quotas, billing and abuse prevention: checks performed, credits spent, payments, referrals and audit entries.

We never ask for, receive or store seed phrases, private keys or any signing material. Finplaid holds no funds and cannot move your assets.

We do not request documents, selfies or government identifiers. A Crypto Passport is a reputation profile, not a KYC certificate.

To produce risk assessments, monitor wallets you choose to monitor, deliver alerts through Telegram, enforce plan limits and prevent abuse of the service.

Blockchain data we retrieve is public by nature. Analysis results are stored so that history, reports and cache invalidation work correctly.

Blockchain data providers receive the addresses and transaction hashes required to answer a query. AI Deep Investigation sends structured, tool-produced blockchain evidence to the configured model provider; it never receives your Telegram identity or payment data.

Payment processing is handled by the configured payment provider. We store only the identifiers needed to reconcile a subscription.

Analysis records are retained while your account exists so that history and monitoring remain meaningful. Cached provider responses expire automatically.

You can delete your account from Profile. This removes your profile, passport, deals, monitors, alerts and analysis history. Records we must keep for accounting and fraud prevention are retained in an anonymised form.
